GG Web Co uses the information you send through our contact form to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you have asked about.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address and a description of what you are looking for. You can also choose to provide a phone number, current website address and other useful background. We do not use the form to add you to a mailing list.

How we use it

We use those details to understand your request and reply to you. Our basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, or taking steps you ask us to take before a contract. We do not sell your information.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in a private website inbox on our hosting service. We delete enquiry records older than 12 months when the inbox is accessed, unless an active project or legal requirement means we need to keep relevant correspondence longer. Website hosting providers may process the data to deliver and secure this service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about your enquiry, or object to how we use it. Email support@ggwebco.co.uk or use the contact page and say your message is about privacy. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We may update this notice if the way the website handles information changes. The date above shows the latest version.
